Who is SecondLoop built for?+

Small B2B or prosumer SaaS teams using Stripe Billing, especially when the founder or an operations owner still handles billing recovery directly.

Why use this when Stripe already retries payments?+

Stripe retry, customer emails, Customer Portal, and Billing Automations should stay enabled. SecondLoop helps teams verify those standards, spot gaps that need Dashboard review, and run the queue, playbooks, tracked links, and attribution around Stripe's recovery layer.

Can I start without talking to sales or support first?+

Yes. SecondLoop is self-serve. You can start with a secure email link, create your workspace, connect Stripe, and run diagnostics without waiting for manual approval.

What do I need before I can use it?+

A Stripe Billing setup and permission to connect the Stripe account with OAuth. Existing restricted-key workspaces remain supported, but new onboarding uses OAuth.

How long does setup take?+

Most teams should be able to create a workspace, connect Stripe, and run the first diagnostics sync in under 15 minutes.

Billing

What is included in the Free plan?+

Free includes diagnostics, the Recovery Auditor score, Missed Recovery Detector summary, critical fixes, case visibility, manual recovery workflow, and manual Stripe-hosted payment-update handoffs. Automated outbound recovery messaging, full missed-recovery evidence, and continuous monitoring start on Pro, while Growth adds the customer widget, CSV export, advanced ROI proof, and monthly reports.

Does Pro include a trial?+

Yes. Founder Beta Pro is priced at USD 29 per month and Founder Beta Growth is priced at USD 79 per month. Both start with a 7-day trial.

How do support and legal requests work?+

Support requests go through the public intake form or support email and are reviewed on a best-effort basis. Specified Commercial Transactions Act disclosure requests stay available through the dedicated legal route.

Security

Can I use SecondLoop without sending customer card data through it?+

Yes. SecondLoop routes customers into Stripe-hosted payment updates and does not store raw card details.
