These pages explain how SecondLoop handles access, billing, personal data, and statutory disclosure for the public self-serve service.

Terms of service

Terms for the public self-serve service

These terms apply to your use of SecondLoop. By accessing or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Service scope

SecondLoop is a public self-serve SaaS for monitoring failed Stripe subscription renewals, sending recovery follow-ups, and giving each team a compact recovery workspace. Each account is limited to one workspace unless we agree otherwise in writing.

2. Accounts and access

Access is managed through passwordless email sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure and for any activity that happens through your account.

3. Billing and renewal

Paid access is offered through Stripe-hosted checkout for Pro and Growth plans. Pro is USD 29/month after a 7-day trial, and Growth is USD 79/month after a 7-day trial. Paid plans renew automatically on the billing cycle shown at checkout unless cancelled before the next renewal. Billing management and cancellation are handled through the Stripe-hosted customer portal.

4. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where refund rights are required by applicable law. If you have a billing question, unrecognized charge, or dispute-related concern, contact support before starting or renewing paid access.

5. Delivery and returns

SecondLoop is delivered as a web application after account creation and workspace setup. No physical goods are shipped, so physical returns and return shipping processes do not apply.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use SecondLoop to violate law, abuse third-party systems, access data you are not authorized to access, or interfere with service availability for other users.

7. Service changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that affect active customers.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecondLoop is provided on an as-is basis and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has the exclusive court of first instance for disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
