Service description
SecondLoop is a failed-payment recovery SaaS for small teams using Stripe Billing. The service helps teams run diagnostics, review failed subscription renewals, send recovery followups, and route customers into Stripe-hosted payment update flows.
Plans and pricing
Free Revenue Scan access is available at USD 0. SecondLoop Pro is USD 29/month after a 7-day trial, and Growth is USD 79/month after a 7-day trial. Paid plans renew automatically until canceled.
Delivery
SecondLoop is delivered as a web application after account creation and workspace setup. No physical goods are shipped.
Returns
SecondLoop does not sell physical goods, so physical returns and return shipping processes do not apply.
Refunds and billing disputes
Payments are non-refundable except where refund rights are required by applicable law. Billing questions, unrecognized charges, and dispute-related support requests can be sent to the public support contact.
Cancellation
Paid access can be canceled before the next renewal through the Stripe-hosted Billing Portal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund prior charges.
Promotion terms
The Pro and Growth trials last 7 days. After the trial, Pro renews at USD 29/month and Growth renews at USD 79/month unless canceled before renewal.
Legal, export, and use restrictions
SecondLoop is intended for businesses that have lawful authority to connect and operate their Stripe Billing data. Illegal use, unauthorized account access, abuse of third-party systems, and activity that violates applicable law or the terms of service are prohibited.
Payment security
Checkout, billing management, and customer payment updates are handled through Stripe-hosted flows. SecondLoop does not collect or store raw card numbers.
